Surveyor's Tip of the Month:

Look out for ambiguous wording of survey questions and response choices in your surveys!

We believe that creating and conducting surveys is an art because asking questions is not difficult. But asking questions that elicit the correct responses from the people being surveyed is the tricky part. For that, it is important to make the questions as simple and free from any ambiguity as possible. And in case of multiple choice questions, make sure that none of the choices overlap in terms of meaning so that the question does not leave the respondent confused.
